Shipping, returns & lifetime replacement
What it is: a thin dock sticks to the right side of your mouse and a grip snaps onto it, so your pinky rests there instead of dragging on the mousepad.
Shipping
- In the US, order today and it usually arrives in about a week.
- Free shipping to the US and Canada on every order, no minimum.
- US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage; Canadian orders ship by tracked international mail. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created. Already ordered? See its status.
- Handling: 1–2 business days before your order ships.
- Transit in the US: 2–5 business days once it's in USPS's hands. To Canada it takes longer, and your tracking shows the estimate once it ships.
- Canada: prices are in US dollars, and any import taxes or fees Canada charges on your parcel are not included in our price; they are collected when it arrives.
- Outside the US and Canada? This site can't ship there yet, but our Etsy shop does: etsy.com/shop/ReaperMods.
Lifetime replacement
If any part of your kit or pinky rest ever breaks (the printed dock or rest cracks, a magnet weakens, the 3M tape lets go), email [email protected] with a photo and your order number. We'll ship you a replacement part, and the shipping is on us. No time limit. No "proof of original purchase from a printed receipt." If you bought it from Reaper Mods, we stand behind it for as long as you own it.
30-day returns (standard policy)
Don't love it? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (the same window our Etsy shop gives). Email [email protected] with your order number for a return label. Refunds process within 3 business days of arrival.
Used, abused, magnet pulled off: it doesn't matter. We're a small team and we want you to actually use the thing. Get the fit or get your money back.
Dock stuck on? Warm it for a few seconds with a hair dryer, then peel slowly. We have not yet peeled one off the MX Master's soft-touch finish, so if that is your mouse, email us before you peel it.
Paying and shipping
You pay through Stripe, the same card processor thousands of online shops use, so your card never touches our servers. The payment page is run by our store platform and says Reaper Mods at the top. We pack and ship every order ourselves (USPS Ground Advantage in the US, tracked international mail to Canada), and we email you tracking as soon as the label is created.
